EEEUser downtime (back up now)

Edit: it is now back up and running, having had some downtime for server maintenance.

Our colleagues at EEEUser seem to be having a few problems with their site, as it is not possible to reach it at the moment. Interestingly, it is still responding to pings quite quickly…
